Fun and Competitive Classes
Think ballroom dance classes are just for adults? At Champions Dance Sport Club, we celebrate our amazing pre-teen, junior, and youth ballroom and Latin dancers! Our Ballroom and Latin dance classes for kids and teens welcome young dancers as early as 5 years old, preparing them for competitive dancing. Join us and see your child thrive in a fun and encouraging environment.
Fostering Passion in Young Dancers from the Start
To start, children begin learning the basic steps in a fun and engaging environment that keeps their attention and sparks their love for ballroom dance. Our highly skilled teachers make sure that the driving force behind a successful youth competitive ballroom dancer comes from the children’s passion, not the parents’ desire.
Comprehensive Dance Training in Standard and Latin Styles
In our syllabus classes, young dancers will learn the steps of the Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep, known as standard or ballroom dances. They will also master Latin dances like Cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. Moreover, separate technique classes help them perfect each move. In addition, some children will take private lessons and prepare to compete with their teacher.
